We are looking for a highly experienced BIM Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary BIM execution across large-scale engineering & construction projects. The ideal candidate will drive digital delivery excellence, ensure model coordination, and implement global best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead BIM implementation for major projects from design to handover

Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEP), workflows, templates, and standards

Ensure clash-free multidisciplinary coordination using BIM tools

Manage team performance, project deliverables, and client communication

Conduct BIM reviews, audits, and quality checks

Provide training, guidance, and technical support to BIM teams

Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and construction teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

15–20 years of overall experience with minimum 10 years in BIM

Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and other BIM platforms

Experience in developing BEPs, BIM templates & standards

Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination

Project management & leadership skills

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex BIM challenges

Preferred Qualifications

Autodesk Revit / BIM Management Certifications

Experience working on US/UK/Gulf international projects

Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards

Knowledge of Dynamo, Python, or automation tools (advantageous)
