BIM Modeler PH

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler PH, located in Chennai. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction projects. Day-to-day tasks will include developing 3D models, coordinating with architectural and MEP teams, preparing construction drawings, and ensuring that models are clash-free and detailed. The role involves collaborating with different teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the building designs.

Qualifications

• Team Leader / BIM Lead
• Min 5+yrs Experience required
• Immediate Joiner's preferred
• Location : Chennai Ambattur estate
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler skills
• Strong understanding of Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Experience in preparing Construction Drawings
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with architectural and MEP teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in (Mechanical / civil) Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of relevant software tools like Revit, AutoCAD MEP, etc., is beneficial
