SKILL:

Effective communication in English.

Expertise knowledge in Revit and Navisworks Software.

Knowledge in LOD 300 &350 and also basic in MEP coordination

Basic knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proficient in utilizing Revit and Navisworks software for advanced modeling tasks with coordination.

Skilled in developing complex parametric families to streamline modeling processes and enhance efficiency.

Proficient in coordinating clashes among architectural, structural, and MEPF components to ensure seamless integration by using Navis work.

Skilled in preparing space plans that account for the installation and maintenance needs of overhead services.

Experienced in collaborating within common data environments such as BIM 360, SharePoint, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Ability to independently model entire HVAC systems with precision and accuracy.

Experienced in adapting designs for duct sizing, diffuser selection, equipment selection, chilled water pipe resizing, and incorporating necessary duct accessories.

Generates diverse mechanical layouts (HVAC, Water, Drainage, and Fire protection), sections, elevations, and details, and conducts clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.

Understands and implements required plumbing design modifications, such as plumbing pipe sizing and slope calculation.

Proficient in modeling HVAC and chilled water plant rooms, as well as preparing HVAC, chilled water, and coordination layouts.

Provides guidance and support to junior team members to enhance overall team efficiency.

Takes a proactive stance in identifying and resolving potential project issues, leading efforts to propose and implement effective solutions.

Demonstrates the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.

Involved in identifying and resolving clashes between architectural, structural, and MEP elements using BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks.

Experienced in equipment modeling, ducting, and piping modeling using industry-standard BIM and CAD tools, ensuring accuracy and coordination across disciplines.

Proficient in generating 2D sheet layouts and annotations derived from 3D models, ensuring all drawings meet project documentation standards and presentation requirements.

Familiar in standards code (ASHRAE, IPC, NFPA)

Skilled in developing schematic diagrams and (P&IDs) to clearly represent system functionality and design logic.

Adhere to CAD standards and implement BIM best practices to maintain model integrity, support design efficiency, and improve collaboration.

To develop the detailed design and layout of a fire pump room.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

Should possess 2 to 4 years of experience in BIM Modeling

Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360/AEC

Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill.

Preferred International Project experience.
