BIM Lead

Your skills and experience:

• A diploma or bachelor's or equivalent degree in civil engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in BIM/CAD modelling, focusing on infrastructures projects
• The ability to produce 2d and 3d models, design and construction drawings in delivering infrastructures schemes.
• Expertise is developing BIM executions plans and implementing it using various collaboration tools like BIM 360/ACC etc
• Expertise in producing infrastructure designs/drawings such as roads, earthworks, drainage layouts, utility layouts, schedules etc.
• Expertise is in 3d clash detections tools and design coordination
• Solid knowledge of the relevant standard details in compliance with domestic and international market requirements
• Hands on experience with various automation tools and using scripts
• Expertise in the use of AutoCAD, Civil 3d, Vehicle tracking, Navisworks and BIM collaboration tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with no supervision.
• Communicate in English effectively, both written and spoken.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
