BIM Engineer - Revit

Job Title: BIM Engineer - RevitWe are seeking a highly skilled BIM Engineer who is proficient in Revit and other essential design software. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflows, and will be able to apply this knowledge to integrate telecommunications system components with building design.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM360 to create and manage digital models.
• Develop plans, sections, and elevations using Revit.
• Create and modify family types including nested, system, and adaptive families.
• Apply view templates, documentation, and annotation skills to enhance project presentations.
• Integrate telecommunications system components with building designs.
• Use and modify Dynamo scripts to improve workflow efficiency.
  

Essential Skills

• Proficient in the latest version of Revit.
• Experienced with AutoCAD and BIM360.
• Strong understanding of BIM procedures and workflows.
• Ability to create detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
• Familiarity with family creation including nested, system, and adaptive families.
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Dynamo and ability to modify scripts.
• Experience in Scan to BIM processes.
  

Work Environment
The work environment involves using advanced design software including Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM360.
