We are offering an exciting BIM Internship opportunity focused on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire systems. This internship provides an excellent learning platform for recent graduates with a degree or diploma to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing field of Mechanical BIM services.

Role & Responsibilities

As a BIM Intern at Mandita BIM, your key responsibilities will include:

• Learn BIM Modeling: Get exposure in modeling MEPF systems within BIM processes.
• Support Project Teams: Assist BIM Engineers with the creation, management, and coordination of 3D BIM models for live construction projects.
• Clash Detection & Coordination: Participate in identifying interferences with architectural, structural, and MEPF elements, ensuring proper coordination.
• Data Management & Documentation: Contribute to data management and generate deliverables such as tagged & dimensioned drawings.
• Model Quality Control: Assist in maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality across all project models.
• Design Reviews & Collaboration: Take part in design review meetings with engineers and architects, ensuring effective integration of MEPF systems.
• Professional Development: Learn industry best practices and receive mentorship from experienced BIM professionals.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Educational Background: Recent graduates with a degree or diploma in related fields.
• Interest in BIM: A keen interest in MEPF systems and building design, with a passion for learning BIM processes.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

Internship Structure
