Position Overview We’re hiring a BIM Modeler (Architecture/Structural/Civil) with a strong technical background in Architecture, Structural, Civil and Facade detailing, and BIM-based construction documentation. The ideal candidate will also contribute to our training programs delivering hands-on learning sessions, guiding students, and shaping the next generation of construction professionals. Key Responsibilities: Production & Modeling Create detailed 3D BIM models (Architecture, Structural & Civil) . Develop LOD 300 to LOD 500 models domains. Design BIM families and custom components for facades, interior elements, and services. Produce shop drawings, rebar detailing, bar bending schedules, and BOQs as per project requirements. Generate 2D drawings, sections, elevations, and construction documents from 3D models. Perform clash detection and model coordination. Conduct constructability reviews, assist in cost estimation and quantity take-offs. Ensure compliance with BEP (BIM Execution Plan), LOD specs, and client deliverable standards. Point Cloud to BIM Interpret and model scan data (point clouds) to develop accurate architectural, structural, and MEP BIM elements. Coordinate updates and revisions based on new scans or client feedback. Automation Use Dynamo and other basic scripting/automation tools to streamline modeling tasks. Training & Mentorship Deliver structured, hands-on training sessions on BIM software and construction workflows (in-person or virtual). Design and update course materials, real-time projects, and assessments. Evaluate learners through quizzes, live project reviews, and feedback. Mentor students and junior modelers on technical growth, project execution, and industry readiness. Support curriculum upgrades in collaboration with the content development team. Organize workshops, guest sessions, and seminars to enhance learner exposure. Interact with training leads/prospective learners to explain course structures and help them choose the right path. Assist with student placements by providing interview preparation, technical assessments, and feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. 0–1 years of experience in BIM modeling for architectural, civil, or structural projects. Knowledge of LOD 300–500 modeling , BIM family creation, and detailing workflows. Ability to interpret and model from point cloud data . Familiarity with Dynamo , scripting, or workflow automation is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills — especially for training/mentoring roles. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Passion for both project delivery and knowledge-sharing. Nice to Have (Bonus Skills) Experience in BIM training, curriculum development, or mentoring. Exposure to BIM standards like ISO 19650 , LOD guidelines, or BEP documentation.
