Role Objective:

To support the production and coordination of BIM models for architecture and structure disciplines using Revit and other BIM tools. Ensure accurate 3D modeling, documentation, clash-free outputs, and coordination with other design disciplines in line with project standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revit Modeling & Documentation:

• Develop architectural and structural Revit models up to

  LOD 350

  , incorporating GFC drawings and construction detailing.
• Generate construction documents, BOQs, and as-built drawings.
• Assist in creating parametric families and templates as per company standards.

• Design Coordination & Clash Detection:

• Participate in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection processes using Navisworks/other tools.
• Identify and communicate conflicts with MEP and structural elements and support resolution.

• Model Management:

• Follow proper model structuring, file naming conventions, and Revit/BIM execution plans.
• Maintain up-to-date models and documentation aligned with latest revisions.

• Collaborative Work:

• Work closely with architects, structural consultants, and internal teams to interpret and implement design intent.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support clash resolution workflows.

• Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure models and drawings are compliant with project BIM standards.
• Support QA/QC processes by checking accuracy and completeness of deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:

  Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

• Experience:

  0–2 years in BIM environment (preferred).

• Software Skills:

• Proficient in

  Revit (Architecture & Structure)

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PDF markup tools.

• Additional Competencies:
