Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and manage BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP coordination.
Implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and LOD standards.
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
Generate drawings, schedules, and quantity takeoffs directly from BIM models.
Collaborate with design consultants, engineers, and project teams.
Support project visualization, client presentations, and construction documentation.
Train internal teams on BIM tools and ensure smooth adoption.
Maintain BIM 360 documentation and version control throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

4-10 years of proven BIM experience .
Expertise in Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP) and Navisworks Manage.
Strong understanding of
BIM standards, LOD levels, and coordination workflows.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with traditional and digital project teams.
Prior experience in setting up BIM workflows within a real estate company will be an added advantage.
