You will be part of our Architecture and Projects team as a Draughtsperson. Your key responsibilities will include preparing detailed 2D CAD drawings for sport facilities, especially swimming pools, ensuring compliance with design specifications, client requirements, and relevant codes. You will be drafting construction drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and plumbing schematics. Collaboration is a crucial aspect of this role, as you will work closely with project engineers, architects, and consultants to transform design concepts into technical drawings. Feedback from internal and external stakeholders will guide you in making necessary revisions to drawings. Additionally, you will assist in creating drawing packages for tender, construction, and as-built documentation. Maintaining accurate and organized drawing records, documenting revisions, and ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with applicable standards are part of your architectural support tasks. You may also need to extend your support to other sports infrastructure projects as required and conduct site visits when necessary. To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Draftsmanship, or a related discipline. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, while experience with SketchUp would be an added advantage. An understanding of civil, MEP, and structural coordination in pool design, familiarity with building codes and sports standards (especially swimming pool standards), and the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings are essential. Your attention to detail, methodical approach to work, strong communication and teamwork skills, along with proficiency in Email, Gsuite, Microsoft Office, and CRM Systems will be valuable assets. Knowledge of Indian Sports Infrastructure would be considered a plus. Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of experience working on swimming pools. This position is based in Bangalore.,
