developing coordinated 3D mechanical systems models for high-quality MEP design and
construction documentation.
• Create and manage mechanical (HVAC, piping, firefighting) BIM models using Revit
MEP.
• Prepare coordinated models and shop drawings as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams to resolve clashes and
ensure model accuracy.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans and standards.
• Work on international and Indian MEP projects including commercial, residential, and
industrial sectors.
• Participate in design review meetings and support site coordination teams when
required.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.• 3–10 years of experience in BIM Modeling – Mechanical (HVAC, FF, Plumbing
preferred).
• Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and understanding of BIM standards
(LOD, COBie, etc.).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
