BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities Understand the requirement to deliver projects to ISO19650 Defining requirements to ensure full alignment with our clients when proposing digital, data, 3DV solutions or Connected Data Platforms Providing support and guidance to clients with reference to their current and future BIM & digital needs Developing and supporting plans for data improvement and migration, including managing and supporting identified gaps in data quality Deliver BIM Execution Plan’s (BEP) in response to Employer’s Information Requirement (EIR), Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP) & Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) Understand the principles of 1D, 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D & 6D and how they contribute to project delivery requirements. Producing BIM compliant models using point cloud data (Scan to BIM). This may also include working to other standards, as per client requirements Oversee the management of Information Exchange protocols and deliverables, including, IFC, DEXPI, NWD & RVT among others Management and use of Common Data Environments (CDE’s) Defining scopes for new and / or improved systems, toolsets, processes, and workflows in the digital space Developing and supporting plans for data improvement and migration, including managing, and supporting identified gaps in data quality Assist Technical Lead’s in delivering internal training initiatives when required. Assist with other parts of the business in 2D / 3D draughting and engineering design as required. This will include direct support for global resources.
