Role Summary:

We are hiring a hands-onBIMcoordinator with proven experience managing and coordinating Structural, Architectural, and MEPand Electrical BIMteams. This role requires managing a multidisciplinaryBIMteam, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless integration of all project components withinBIMenvironments.

This role demands strong technical depth,teamleadership, and active coordination with clients to ensure timely, clash-free delivery ofBIMmodels across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leada cross-functionalBIMteamacross all domains for assigned projects.
• Take ownership ofBIMmodel coordination, clash detection, and resolution workflows using Revit & Navisworks.
• Interface directly with clients,teams to understand project goals, timelines, and changes.
• Drive weekly coordination meetings, document decisions, and ensure model updates reflect client changes.
• Implement and enforceBIMexecution plans, LOD requirements, naming conventions, and data exchange protocols.
• Conduct QA/QC on models, ensuring constructability, accuracy, and adherence toBIMstandards.
• Handle model federations, issue tracking, and use of tools likeBIM360 / ACC / Revizto for collaboration.
• Provide mentoring and technical direction to junior modelers andBIMcoordinators.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in B.E Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience inBIMcoordination across all Domains.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks,BIM360/ACC; working knowledge of AutoCAD and Dynamo a plus.
• Ability toleadmulti-discipline coordination, identify clashes, and close issues in a fast-paced project cycle.
• Strong documentation, communication skills.
• Experience working on internationalBIMprojects is a strong advantage.
