BIM Coordinator

Job Title: Senior BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator Role Summary

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Exp - Min 15-25 Years with the same field

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in line with project requirements.
• Establish BIM workflows, LOD frameworks, naming conventions, and data exchange protocols.
• Set up Revit project environments, architectural templates, families, and libraries.
• Lead model coordination across Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Landscape.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks / Revizto and manage resolution processes.
• Perform QA/QC checks to ensure model accuracy and BIM standards compliance.
• Facilitate BIM kickoff meetings, stakeholder reviews, and weekly coordination sessions.
• Manage federated models, BIM data submissions, and final handover documentation.
• Support troubleshooting, architectural modeling, and BIM 360 administration tasks.
• Create automation workflows using Dynamo and support data-driven tasks via dRofus.
• Mentor and develop BIM capability within project teams.
• Explore innovation, including VR/AR and advanced BIM automation tools.

Required Technical Skills: Must-Have:

• Autodesk Revit – Architecture (Mandatory)
• Strong architectural modeling proficiency
• BIM 360 (admin level preferred)
• Navisworks Manage
• Revizto / dRofus
• AutoCAD
• MS Office, Power BI

Good to Have (Not Essential):

• Civil 3D (not mandatory)
• Dynamo automation
• Bluebeam, Aconex

Core Competencies

• Strong foundation in architectural design and BIM workflows.
• Expertise in BIM standards, LOD, QA/QC, coordination, and clash detection.
• Ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong technical judgement.

Preferred Background

• Experience delivering BIM in large-scale commercial, healthcare, landscape, or infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to GCC/UAE projects or international workflows is preferred.
• Experience working with global AEC firms is an added advantage.

Education & Certifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture or related AEC discipline (strong preference for architects).
• Certifications such as Autodesk Revit or RICS BIM are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
