Job Description

We are looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator to manage 3D models, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to BIM standards across project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (Architecture, MEP, Structural).
Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
Maintain model quality and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
Support teams using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
Lead BIM meetings and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years BIM experience; proficient in Revit, Navisworks.
Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
