BIM Coordinator

As a BIM Coordinator at BIM Elevate, your role will involve managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across architectural and engineering disciplines. You will collaborate with project teams, oversee the implementation of BIM standards, support MEP coordination, and contribute to efficient project management. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the accuracy and quality of models, facilitating clash detection processes, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth BIM processes - Oversee the implementation of BIM standards - Support MEP coordination within projects - Contribute to efficient project management - Ensure accuracy and quality of BIM models - Facilitate clash detection processes - Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders Qualifications: - Strong skills in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) - Knowledge of Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems - Experience in Project Management and effective team collaboration - Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar applications - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Outstanding communication and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred - Previous experience in BIM coordination or similar roles is advantageous,
