Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our on-site team in Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position, where the selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP elements using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. Responsibilities include managing BIM workflows, maintaining proper documentation, facilitating communication between project stakeholders, and resolving design conflicts to ensure seamless project execution. The role also involves overseeing project timelines and contributing to efficient project management practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and expertise in MEP coordination
• Experience with Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills in identifying and resolving design conflicts
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent platforms
• Effective communication skills and ability to liaise with project stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Knowledge of the AECO industry and familiarity with industry standards and protocols
