Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Consultant located in Mumbai. The BIM Consultant will be responsible for utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) to support architectural and structural engineering projects. The daily tasks include developing BIM models, coordinating with different disciplines like MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and ensuring the adherence to project timelines and client requirements. The role involves collaborating closely with various teams to deliver integrated project solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture
• Experience in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
