Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced BIM Software Test Assessor to evaluate candidates proficiency in BIM software. Responsibilities : Work closely with the HR team to understand hiring needs, develop assessment criteria, and ensure a smooth candidate evaluation process. Conduct comprehensive testing of candidates proficiency in BIM software to ensure they meet standards. Create detailed assessment plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications of each market/sector and disciplines. Perform manual and automated testing of candidates skills in BIM software for both Autodesk and Bentley tools Document and report candidates strengths and areas for improvement, and provide feedback to Talent Acquisition Team. Based on the proficiency and test outcome of the candidates recommend them through TA team to the respective sectors/markets Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology and software testing methodologies. Assess skills of team, prepare and develop skill enhancement programs and deliver training to enhance productivity and efficiency of staff using BIM. Qualifications : Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in conducting BIM assessments or training with a focus on BIM software. Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM softwares latest versions (AutoDesk and Bentley) Ability to assess the candidates and their potential in using the BIM tools to execute and deliver the projects in line with Mott MacDonald s expected standards. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
