Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project workflows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for design development and documentation.
• Conduct clash detection and BIM coordination using

  Navisworks

• Deliver precise drawings, schedules, and data for construction documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling and documentation.
• Proficiency in

  Revit

  ,

  AutoCAD

  ,

  Navisworks

  , and

  Scan to BIM

  workflows.
• Experience in

  CAD to BIM

  ,

  Point Cloud modeling

  , and

  BIM coordination

  .
• Knowledge of

  SketchUp

  ,

  Enscape

  ,

  Lumion

  , or

  Twinmotion

  is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and construction processes.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
