Job Overview:
Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is hiring a Bills Receivable Manager (Male Only) who has solid experience in handling receivables in the education and skill development sector. The ideal candidate will manage billing cycles, ensure timely collections, and coordinate with government or institutional bodies for payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end billing processes for government and education-related projects
• Ensure timely submission of bills and required documentation to clients and authorities
• Follow up with clients and internal departments for collections and resolution of discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable ledgers and reports
• Coordinate with project and finance teams for invoice generation and milestone validation
• Prepare aging analysis, outstanding reports, and collection forecasts
• Address audit queries and ensure all billing activities are compliant with company and client policies
• Escalate payment delays or disputes to the senior management

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (MBA Finance preferred)
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education/skill development domain
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, especially for government-funded projects
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc.)
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
