We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Representative to join our dynamic Operations Department in Jaipur. Key Responsibilities: Generate and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, and other financial documents. Handle daily billing operations using Tally Prime software. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer accounts. Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for billing-related queries. Manage GST entries, tax calculations, and compliance reporting. Ensure timely data entry and record maintenance. Prepare billing reports and summaries for management review. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Tally Prime software is a must . Minimum 1 year of experience in billing/accounting roles preferred. Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. Good numerical ability and attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills.
