Job Description

Prepare sales invoices for surgical items, implants, consumables, and medical devices.
Generate purchase bills and maintain proper documentation.
Verify product codes, batch numbers, serial numbers, and pricing before billing.

2. Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate with the sales team for order details, pricing, and dispatch requirements.
Communicate with hospitals, dealers, and field staff regarding pending bills, GRN, or dispatch status.

3. Inventory & Stock Management Support

Update stock entries in ERP/Excel based on sales and purchase movement.
Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for packing lists and material dispatch.
Track implant returns, samples, and replacements.

5. Payments & Reconciliation

Maintain customer ledger updates and track outstanding payments.
Reconcile differences in pricing, quantity, or dispatch between customer and internal records.
Support the accounts team with month-end closing activities.

6. Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly billing reports and stock movement reports.
Maintain MIS for invoicing, dispatch, and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12th/ Graduate
3-5 years of experience in billing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software/ERP.
