The company is an authorized distributor of Solis string inverters, Saatvik Green solar PV modules, JA Solar PV modules and Jinko Solar Modules. The company operates from multiple warehouses across India, the major ones being at Bengaluru (Bidadi), Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurugram, Hyderabad and Pune.

Designation: Billing Executive

Experience: 1 Year

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate daily invoices for products or services provided to clients.
• Verify the accuracy of billing data, including pricing, quantities, and discounts.
• Address any billing discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Utilize MS Excel to maintain and update billing data efficiently.
• Create and maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in billing procedures.
• Suggest and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in billing and invoicing, with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and formulas.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
