o Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness using excel pivot tables.
o Maintaining clear communication between all departments and team members.
o Establishing active communication and engaging with sales representatives to ensure prompt processing of orders.
o Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, e-way bill processing ,payment details processing, , creating invoices and resolving billing issues.
o Maintaining organized sales records and reporting month-end goal-setting to the senior management team.
o Issuing account statements to distributors.
o Handling Companies Amazon site and any feast orders.
o Reporting FG reports and cover requirement reports to the senior management team regularly.
o Entering all the outlet bills in tally and filing.
o Keeping received bill details in Excel and maintenance of records.
