Job Description

Billing Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Generate accurate
OPD/IPD bills
as per treatments, procedures, and packages.
Handle
cashless and reimbursement
billing.
Coordinate with
doctors, nursing staff, and front office
for billing-related clarifications.
Process
refunds, discounts, and cancellations
as per hospital policy.
Maintain billing records, receipts, and documentation for audits.
Support finance team in
daily reporting and account reconciliation
.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
1-4 years of experience
in hospital billing (OPD/IPD).
Familiar with
hospital billing software.
Experience handling
patient queries
.
Knowledge of
healthcare billing standards
.
Comfortable with
shift-based work.
Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with
medical, front office, and finance teams
.
Detail-oriented
, with good analytical and numerical skills.
Proficient in
MS Excel and basic accounting tools
.
Preferably from a
healthcare, diagnostic, or multispecialty hospital background
.
Immediate joiners or candidates with
short notice periods
preferred.
