Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare monthly RA (Running Account) Bills, Transportation Bills, and Breakdown/O.T. (Overtime) Calculations as per client work orders, for Heavy Equupments supplied on rental basis such as Cranes, Piling Rigs, Boom Placers, etc.

Verify equipment deployment, idle hours, breakdown hours, and prepare summaries for billing accuracy.

Coordinate with the P&M (Plant & Machinery) department to reconcile breakdown reports, operating logs, and fuel records.

Maintain site-wise and client-wise billing trackers and ensure submission within agreed timelines.

Communicate with clients for work order clarifications, approvals, and acknowledgment of bills.

Call for and verify summary sheets, utilization reports, and log sheets from client/site teams.

Maintain documentation and ensure proper filing of bills, work orders, and supporting reports.

Preferred candidate profile

3-8 years of billing experience in equipment rental / construction / infrastructure / EPC industry.

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.

Experience in handling RA billing and reconciliation with clients.

Excellent coordination and communication skills (with site teams and clients).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
