Billing Executive Job Discription:
Prepare and issue customer invoices based on approved job details, delivery notes, and contracts.Verify billing inputs such as Purchase Orders (POs), delivery challans, transport documents, and approval emails.Ensure that all necessary supporting documents (e.g. PODs, Shipping line bills, Survey Charges, transporter invoices) are attached to each invoice.Coordinate with the operations, commercial, and sales teams for job completion data and PO availability.Update and maintain the billing tracker and ensure it aligns with internal audit and finance records.Raise and track credit notes, ensuring approvals are received and logged as per policy.Handle invoice corrections or revisions based on customer feedback or internal review.
