Job Title: Billing/Sales Staff Company: Ambrosia The Bake House Location: Kaimanam Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing/Sales Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. This role requires strong communication skills, basic math skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment. Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of daily sales. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Upsell and promote menu items and specials to customers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area. Assist with food preparation or other duties as needed, as directed by management. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and hygiene. Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Manage online orders and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely delivery/pickup. (If applicable) Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Maintain knowledge of current menu items, pricing, and promotions. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a cashier, billing, or customer service role is a plus, but not required. Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach. Ability to stand for extended periods. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
