This role is focused on managing billing operations and stock reconciliation, particularly for modern trade accounts.
Key Responsibilities:1- Manage billing and invoicing for modern trade clients2- Reconcile stock and address discrepancies in inventory3- Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to ensure timely billing4- Handle large-scale partner invoicing with accurate documentation5- Resolve billing-related issues in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Candidate profile
1- Bachelors degree in Commerce, or a related field.2- 3+ years of experience in modern trade billing & stock reconciliation.3- Strong understanding of modern trade processes & inventory management.4- Detail-oriented with experience in handling large data volumes.5- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) & billing software.6- Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
