Job Description

Responsible for handling customer billing, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial transactions, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Payment Handling

Generate accurate customer bills using POS or billing software.
Process cash, card, UPI, and online payments.
Issue invoices, receipts, and maintain daily transaction records.
Ensure no billing errors or discrepancies.

Customer Interaction

Greet customers and assist with billing-related queries.
Maintain a polite and professional attitude at the billing counter.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure correct KOT and order details.

Cash & Daily Reports

Manage cash drawer and maintain proper cash balance.
Prepare end-of-day (EOD) sales reports and submit to management.
Handle refunds, void bills, and adjustments as per policy.

Coordination & Compliance

Communicate with kitchen and service teams to verify order accuracy.
Follow billing SOPs and restaurant financial policies.
Ensure confidentiality of customer and financial data.

Software & System Knowledge

Operate POS, billing software, and printers.
Basic understanding of Excel and digital payment systems.

Skills Required

Fast and accurate billing skills
Good communication and customer service
Basic accounting knowledge
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
