Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Billing Executive located in Bengaluru. The Billing Executive will be responsible for managing patient billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing transactions, handling insurance claims, managing accounts receivable, and addressing patient inquiries regarding billing issues. The role also involves verifying patient insurance coverage, coordinating with other departments for billing-related matters, and maintaining comprehensive records of all billing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical billing
• Proficiency in handling insurance claims and accounts receivable processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for managing billing transactions
• Excellent communication skills for addressing patient inquiries
• Proficiency with billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with other departments
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
