Job responsibilities

·      Prepare and issue invoices on time.

·      Verify billing details, taxes, and discounts before finalizing.

·      Maintain and update billing and payment records.

·      Track payments and follow up on outstanding dues.

·      Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for smooth operations.

·      Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.

·      Generate billing and payment reports as needed.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or similar certification is a plus
• Experience of operating on Zoho Books.
