Job summary

Seeking an experienced Billing & Estimation Engineer to manage billing processes and prepare cost estimates for residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for residential construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of residential construction projects.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to align on financial aspects and ensure accurate billing.
• Document Management: Maintain comprehensive records of invoices, estimates, and related financial documentation for auditing and project review purposes.
• Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports to track project costs and billing status, providing insights for budget management and decision-making.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in billing and estimation within the real estate or residential construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard billing and estimation software tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• Professional certification in cost estimation
