Billing Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Billing Engineer with hands-on experience in interior finishing works and site billing. The candidate should be able to manage project billing activities, ensure accurate quantity take-offs, prepare bills, and coordinate with site teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify interior finishing work bills as per project scope.

• Conduct quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements.

• Verify subcontractor/vendor bills and ensure proper documentation.

• Maintain measurement books, reconciliation statements, and records.

• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for accurate billing.

• Prepare client bills (RA bills & final bills) and follow up for timely certification.

• Ensure billing is aligned with contract agreements and work progress.

• Assist in cost monitoring and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

• 3–5 years of experience in billing for interior finishing projects.

• Strong knowledge of rate analysis, BOQ, and reconciliation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.

• Good understanding of contracts and project documentation.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,774.00 - ₹35,970.58 per month
