Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills as per contract terms and site execution.
Measure electrical works on site and compare with drawings and BOQ.
Coordinate with the project team to track work progress and prepare running account (RA) bills.
Ensure billing is done in compliance with CPWD/PWD/Client standards.
Maintain daily records of work done and material consumption.
Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow-up for payment.
Reconciliation of materials, contractor billing, and project costing.
Work with procurement and accounts for billing approvals and documentation.
Ensure proper documentation for audits and client reviews.
Requirement: Electrical Engineer
Exp. : 1 to 7 years
Salary: 20000 to 45000
Key Skills Required:
Knowledge of electrical drawings, BOQ, tender specs.
Expertise in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP tools.
Understanding of electrical items (cables, panels, switchgear, etc.).
Strong knowledge of billing standards and formats (especially government/CPWD formats).
Good coordination and communication skills.
