About the Role

We are looking for a Billing & Collection Executive to manage invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and share invoices with clients on time.
• Follow up for payments through calls/emails.
• Maintain records of collections and outstanding amounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and address billing queries.
• Prepare basic MIS reports related to billing and collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams for any clarifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing or collections.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,698.29 - ₹22,277.69 per month
