Billing Associate

We are looking for a skilled Billing Associate to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a strong background in US accounting processes and excellent communication skills.

• Generate invoices based on milestone defined in customer work orders.
• Coordinate with the finance team to determine pro-forma invoices, taxes, and other billing details.
• Enter and maintain invoicing data accurately.
• Prepare monthly overdue reports based on invoicing to customers.
• Record daily deposits and perform payment reconciliation.
• Update customer files with issued invoices and create aging files.
• Collaborate closely with the team and other employees in the department.

• Proven accounting experience or previous work in a US accounting process is required.
• Experience in collections is preferred.
• Competency in MS Office is essential.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary.
• A B.Com degree is required.
• Key skills include US Accounting, Accounts, Billing, Billing Associate, Bank Reconciliation, and Walk-in.
