Billing Apprentice

As an OTC - Billing/Master Setup Analyst at TNS, your role will involve handling billing activities, master setups, and addressing client queries. You will be expected to: - Learn and shadow with team members to develop the necessary skills to support Master Setup and Billing processes - Process daily VCS cases and manage the VCS mailbox - Understand process flows and system navigations - Ensure accurate monthly billing activities, understanding the criticalities and risks involved - Monitor and manage Outlook mailbox and Microsoft Teams, acknowledging customer emails - Understand Stakeholder requirements and execute them within the specified timeframe - Understand process controls and their impact - Follow Desktop Procedures and adhere to policies and guidelines - Update DTPs whenever any process updates are received If you are passionate about technology, personal growth, and seeking opportunities, TNS offers you an environment where an extraordinarily talented group of individuals work together to drive success from both professional and personal perspectives.
