Job Description

07 -12 years of robust experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, and end-to-end server lifecycle management.
Proficient in Japanese & English (reading, writing, and speaking) to effectively collaborate with Japanese stakeholders.
Proven track record in leading comprehensive server infrastructure initiatives including decommissioning, patching, OS/HCI upgrades, tool development, and automation.
Hands-on expertise in RHEL, HP-UX, Ansible (playbook design & automation), VxRail, VMware ESXi, Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG), and Excel macros/VBA scripting.
Certifications include: RHCE, Ansible Specialist, HP-UX, VCP-DCV, VxRail, CKA, ITIL v4 Foundation, and JLPT N2.
Adept at creating operational playbooks, modernizing support tools, and spearheading automation strategies to optimize workflows. Serve as the key liaison between Japanese and Indian teamsreviewing technical documentation (MOPs/manuals), translating content, and ensuring seamless cross-cultural communication.
Lead cross-functional technical teams, managing project dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure delivery excellence.
Base location: Noida, India. Open to relocation or travel to Japan for onsite assignments as required.
