Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time hybrid Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Team Lead for Macro Outsourcing in New Delhi, with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and support. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be managing team performance, addressing customer inquiries, facilitating communication between customers and the company, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. This role will require both direct customer interaction and team management duties.
