Bilingual Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with native-level Japanese (JLPT N1) proficiency and strong English communication skills to lead cross-functional, bilingual project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget, while managing communication between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 Certified//Pursuing) and business-level English.

Proven experience (5+ years) in project management.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (preferred).

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Culturally agile and able to navigate cross-cultural communication challenges.
