Bilingual Expert

In this role as a Bilingual Expert (Spanish and English) at our company located in Gandhinagar, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting to assist our customers in a professional and timely manner. **Role Overview:** As a Bilingual Expert, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and issues, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing Level-1 troubleshooting. Your role will involve communicating with customers in both Spanish and English languages, handling calls, and addressing their concerns effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist customers with their inquiries and issues, ensuring satisfactory customer service. - Provide Level-1 troubleshooting to resolve customer concerns promptly. - Protect customers" confidential information and ensure it is only used for official purposes. - Communicate with customers using Internet and various software to provide information on promotions and offers. - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address queries, and resolve any problems. - Embrace coaching and actively participate in performance planning and goal setting. - Be adaptable to change and maintain flexibility in the work environment. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation qualification is mandatory. - Freshers or experienced individuals are welcome to apply. - Knowledge of Spanish culture and proficiency in handling calls in Spanish and English. - Comfortable working in night shifts and a 24*7 work environment. - Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish languages (verbal and written). - Open to working from the office location. - Possessing a B1/B2 level certification will be an added advantage.
