Role Overview: You will be participating in the day-to-day activities of the markets division, providing insights and expertise to assist senior colleagues in making informed decisions, developing new products and services, and identifying new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Execute small research projects and provide research support for strategic decision making. - Prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings. - Collaborate with senior management to implement research findings for the global markets division. - Work with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. - Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for the global markets division. - Manage client relationships and provide customer service support, responding to inquiries about products and services and processing transactions. - Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support decision-making in the global markets division. - Train and mentor junior colleagues. Qualifications Required: - Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX environment. - Proficiency in Excel VBA, Python, and SQL. - Good coding skills with an understanding of databases. - Prior experience working with visualization tools such as Tableau and Dash is a plus. - Strong analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills (oral/written). - Aptitude for self-learning and collaborative mindset. - Ability to prioritize and manage large projects, taking full ownership of assigned tasks.
