Big Data Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  large-scale data processing pipelines

  using

  Hadoop, Spark, and PySpark

• Develop and optimize

  ETL/ELT workflows

  for batch and real-time data processing
• Write efficient and complex

  SQL queries

  for analytics and data transformation
• Leverage

  GCP services

  such as

  Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Cloud Functions

• Implement

  data ingestion, transformation, and validation

  processes
• Optimize Spark jobs for

  performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

• Develop reusable

  Python scripts

  for data manipulation and automation
• Work with

  cross-functional teams

  to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with cloud best practices
• Deploy and manage applications using

  Docker and Kubernetes

• Monitor and troubleshoot production data pipelines

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with

  Big Data technologies

  : Hadoop, Hive, Spark
• Hands-on expertise in

  PySpark

• Excellent

  SQL

  skills (query optimization, performance tuning)
• Experience with

  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Compute Engine
• Cloud Storage
