We seek a quick-learner who can quickly familiarize themselves with a fast-paced environment, build relationships with cross-functional teams, and assume ownership for a broad array of domains. Explore and develop expertise with internal Amazon data services and AWS products. Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our analytical and business needs. Use analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisions. Analyze and validate data to maintain high data quality bar. Own advanced data extraction and basic data engineering needs for your customers. Own the maintece of ongoing metrics, reports, and other artifacts used to drive key business decisions. Create high quality documentation for your customers and team members. Work with team members and business customers to gather requirements. About the team Grocery Catalog Operations and Intel (GCOI) supports Amazon s Grocery Catalog through New Item Setup, Audits & Edits, SOP management, Data management, Process Automation, etc. 3+ years of program or project management experience 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Bachelors degree Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Bachelors degree or equivalent 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3+ years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
