Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Bid Manager to oversee the preparation and submission of competitive bids for projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bidding. A strong understanding of the tendering process, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of working on GEM portal.
• Lead and manage the preparation of bid documents, proposals, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, legal, etc.) to gather necessary information.
• Review and analyze tender documents to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of bids, while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Track and manage bid opportunities and maintain a database of past submissions.

Qualifications:

• Should have strong knowledge of GEM portal
• Bachelor's degree in b.tech. and relevant fields
• Experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
