Job Title: Bid manager Job location: Lucknow Experience : 1-3 years Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Bid Manager to oversee the preparation and submission of competitive bids for projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bidding. A strong understanding of the tendering process, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Knowledge of working on GEM portal. Lead and manage the preparation of bid documents, proposals, and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, legal, etc.) to gather necessary information. Review and analyze tender documents to ensure compliance with client requirements. Ensure timely submission of bids, while maintaining quality and accuracy. Track and manage bid opportunities and maintain a database of past submissions. Qualifications: Should have strong knowledge of GEM portal Bachelor's degree in b.tech. and relevant fields Experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role.
