Role Overview: As a Bid Specialist (International) at Careerera, located in Noida, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, preparing and submitting proposals, and ensuring compliance with client requirements while delivering within deadlines. Your role will require excellent proposal writing and communication skills to secure US education/training contracts. Key Responsibilities: - Manage bids for US education/training contracts effectively. - Write persuasive proposals and ensure compliance with client requirements. - Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the bid process. - Utilize proposal management tools such as RFPIO, Loopio, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint. - Understand and apply knowledge of US procurement processes, instructional design, LMS, and education compliance standards. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Bid Processes, Bid Preparation, and Tender Management. - Strong skills in Proposal Writing and Communication. - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities. - Capable of working under tight deadlines and multitasking efficiently. - Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.,
