Job Description

Analyse and review tender documents (RFP, RFQ) from government and private clients.  Identify tender requirements, scope of work and eligibility criteria. Okay  Prepare and submit complete tender proposal including pre-qualification, technical and commercial bids.  Coordinate with internal departments (sales, design, finance, legal, etc.) to gather required documents and information.  Ensure compliance with bid submission guidelines and timelines  Prepare and arrange bid documents like EMD, BG, DSC, affidavits and declarations  Maintain records of submitted bids and track bid status  Draft queries and clarification letters to clients if required  Handle post-bid clarifications, price negotiations and contract finalisation support. Bachelor’s of Engineering / B. Tech / Technical Educational Background  Min. 3 years of experience in Bidding / Tendering.  Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills  Proficient with GeM, CPP Portal and Govt. Procurement Platforms  Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹41,652.11 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
